My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I kind of hate how we are all basically reduced to our job, school or neighborhood, which makes this question kind of hard to answer without getting all introspective... I'm a bit of a realist, a leftist and cultural enthusiast. I like my friends and talk to my parents regularly (and enjoy it). I'm perpetually late, but try to be there for what matters.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
enjoy the company of my friends and hang in my usual spots. I know it sounds boring, its nice to take pleasure in the day to day... Other then that I'm working on my MA.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I smile a lot?

Love me some art books, I used to make them for a living so... As for the literature here's a short list: Little Prince, Bukowski, Fernando Pessoa. I just started reading Knausgaard's My Struggle but I also like short stories, and being read to...

I watch a lot of movies, I'm particularly keen of the indie flicks but I can also enjoy a good ol' blockbuster every once and a while...
Some directors I enjoy: Lars von Trier, Paul Thomas Anderson, Jim Jarmusch, Emir Kusturica, Gus Van Sant, Harmony Korine, Krzysztof Kieslowski, Larry Clark, Wes Anderson

It's gotten to a point where I feel uncomfortable walking down the street without my headphones (maybe I should be alarmed by this...). In any case recently I've been listening to a lot: Timber Timbre, The Bots, Bon Iver. But I like all the classics like Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Nina Simone, Velvet Underground, Nick Drake, Elliott Smith, Johnny Cash

Food: breakfast
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
coffee (milk, no sugar)
new york
sneakers (i'm a fan of the classics: chucks, vans, etc)

Interestingly enough in the past year I had to go without a lot of these and guess what? I survived! Except for the sneakers... Those were a must.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I honestly don't go out on the "weekends", I'd prefer to avoid the B&T and get drinks on a Tuesday. But if we are being literal, I might be home watching a movie, maybe doing groceries or whatever pops in my head at the moment. I might also have plans for dinner, or meeting a friend like any other day in the week...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I enjoy watching bad TV/movies - I have decided its time to fess up to guilty pleasures.
