My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a herpetologist (no that does not mean I study herpes). I am currently finishing up research on frog genetics at UW. I am a photographer/filmmaker/painter and once called myself a musician (bari sax). I am outside as often as I can be, tromping through mud/swamps or just going on a grand hike (preferably far from Seattle to avoid the crowds). Yet, I can be a homebody, binge watching shows and cooking up fierce feasts. I have even been known to clear the dance floor with a little bit of liquid encouragement. I am an amazing raconteur and can endlessly entertain with stories of the many lives I have lived.

Update: I am moving to San Francisco sometime in July...

Help your potential matches find common interests.
I do not base compatibility on books, music, shows or food. I base it on personality and chemistry. It's great if we have a few of these things in common, but sometimes better when we don't. How else can we learn about new things (besides the internet)?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Trees
the ocean
mountains
the smell in the air after a good rain
the sound rocks make as the water recedes
books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Science, weird textures and designs, where I will travel to next.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
???
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
