My name is Mike. I'm not real good at talking about myself, so
please bear with me. First off, I'm 6'1" tall, have long dk brown
hair, and green eyes. I'm on the heavy side, but I will be
undergoing bariatric surgery in June. I'm really a jeans and
t-shirt kind of guy (not comfortable getting dressed up), but have
been told that I can clean up nice (However, I disagree HAHA)
I consider myself to be pretty level headed most of the time, but depending on who you talk to, opinions will vary. As long as communication is maintained, problems don't have to escalate into a shouting match. I'm also loyal, trusting, I've bee told that my big heart is both my strongest asset and biggest weakness). I'm hardworking and am currently employed as a forklift operator at a local warehouse. I do have a wicked sense of humor and can laugh at myself as well.
Some of the things I enjoy are cooking (not a gourmand, but I know my way around a kitchen), watching movies (both in theater and at home), reading , and watching football. I do drink on occasion, not heavy, but a few beers or mixed drinks here and there. I don't smoke, but am tolerant of other people smoking as long as they are responsible about it. I love animals (especially cats, I have several at home). I also enjoy going to tractor pulls, and custom car shows. Watching local bands can also be fun at times. I also really enjoy riding my motorcycle as often as possible
What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, someone who has the ability to see beyond the outer layer of a man to the real person beneath. You don't have to share all my interests, but, a few would be nice, and a tolerance for the ones that we don't share would be preferred. The things that make a relationship work are trust(without trust, no thing else is possible), loyalty, honesty, and the ability to keep communication open. As long as communication is open, there is no problem that is unsolvable.
