My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Mathilda, I was born in the summer, I love the forest and sandy beaches but am afraid of most any bug.

I enjoy dancing, singing, going to concerts, cooking and baking, drawing/painting, writing, photography...

I have a tumblr blog where I post way too much Sherlock and Benedict Cumberbatch photos.

I was a vegetarian for a long time, but started eating fish and shellfish again a couple years ago.

I have a pinterest where I pin things, people and animals I find pretty, and a twitter where I waffle and complain about things.

I don't particularly like labels and wouldn't necessarily call myself bisexual but am definitely somewhere in the bi/grey area.

I like to read, I'm unsuccessfully trying to learn French, I love cats and lemonade, I like chocolate and sour sweets, I swear a lot, my favourite city is London.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I studied art for three years when I was about 16-19, and am now studying a bit of psychology and science.

Not entirely sure what I'll do after this. I have fleeting dreams of becoming a set designer, but since money is a bit essential for survival I'm thinking of going to nursing school.

Also trying to save money to eventually move to London, and to get my driver's license.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Watching too many tv-shows, learning song lyrics, crying over fictional characters, sleeping at odd hours...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Anything by Haruki Murakami. Harry Potter, Patti Smith's Just Kids, Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close, Maria Gripe, Astrid Lindgren, also really liked The Parfume and Doktor Glas, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time...

Films: Rocky Horror Picture Show, anything by Wes Anderson, Amélie, Inglourious Basterds, Shame, Melancholia, Her, Pan's Labyrinth, Roman Holiday, Almost Famous

Shows: Sherlock (really I love anything Sherlock Holmes), Hannibal, Game of Thrones, Adventure Time, Orange Is The New Black, Pushing Daisies, Twin Peaks, American Horror Story, This Is England, Parks and Recreation

Music: Patti Smith, Vit Päls, Adam Green, Alt-J, Kent, Devendra Banhart, The Beatles, Janis Joplin, The Doors, Bright Eyes, Pink Floyd, of Montreal, David Bowie, Daughter, The National, Johnny Cash, Lykke Li

Also listens to Welcome To Night Vale (although I'm very much behind at the moment) and Cabin Pressure
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Internet, music and other art forms, travelling, snacks, animals, nature.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Music, there's always music playing in my head.

Seriously though, I'm constantly thinking about feminism, LGBT+ rights, class inequality, unemployment, capitalism, vegetarianism, over-consuming of meat, overpopulation, environmental issues... There's always something big and heavy to be angry and bitter about.

Otherwise I think a lot about Sherlock, to be honest. Like, embarrassingly much.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Watching tv and films with my closest friends. Eating too much chocolate, or ice cream, or crisps. Possibly drinking some tea. Often talking too much so we can't follow the plot. Very thrilling stuff, obviously.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
People send me the weirdest messages on here and most of the time it's not even anything that I can actually reply to. But basically if you have something more to say than "hello" - go for it. I can't do anything with just a "hello". Seriously.
