My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
[Geographical Note: I'm up in Seattle several times or more each week, so don't rule me out just 'cause I sleep in T-town!]

Pun aficionado with a contagious laugh. Ambitious pragmatist who feels really great in her own skin. Magnanimous. Passionate. Self-made. Singer/Songwriter.

I may not need you, but I do want you.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a musician (singer/songwriter.) I've started a community music school with a couple friends/colleagues in Seattle where I teach a handful of students each week. I run a small boutique social media marketing agency too!

I really love the community of friends and "chosen family" I have here in the northwest. so. so. much. I think the NW is awesome and I just might've found my real home here. (I'm from Georgia by way of Texas, and then Seattle, plus a few more stops in there along the way.)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
puns. listening. laughing. seeing the big picture. hugs. singing. being ticklish.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Blonde. Dimples. Sometimes glasses.

And let's face it. Boobs.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I won't list all of it, but Stevie Wonder is my all-time favorite, hands down. & that's good coffee date conversation. :-)

Books: I wish I had more time to read. seriously. I love to read and I'm "going through" prolly 20 books as we speak right now. But because of time, it's really slow going...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- My community/friends.
- Expression via writing, songs, talking, art, etc.
- My tempurpedic mattress - I never thought I would love an inanimate object like I do this one. It's embarrassing.
- Prego Sauce - It's a grocery staple and I've only tasted 1 person's grandmother's recipe that surpassed it.
- House plants - They make a home feel fresh'n'cozy (& not hoarder-cozy, don't worry.) ;-)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My connection to other people and things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
usually absorbing some good time with friends, but if not that, then I'm playing a show somewhere.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I watch Frasier - it makes me laugh out loud.
