Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello! I moved to Manchester in Feb 2013 and am very excited to be
here. I also enjoy exploring the surrounding countryside and have
been on lots of long walks over the last few months in the Peak
District, Pennines, Lake District, etc. There was a point where I
was pretty much walking almost every weekend but I've taken a step
back recently as I'm getting more into running. I've signed up for
the Manchester marathon which will be my first marathon and
bizarrely I'm really looking forward to the training. I also love
yoga. And I enjoy listening to all types of music from techno and
house to jazz, pop and rock. I enjoy drinking with friends at the
weekend and the occasional meal out. What else? Oh yes... I changed
careers a few years ago from journalism to law. It has been an
interesting and rewarding journey. I love being a lawyer and work
hard but have over the last several months made a very conscious
effort to expand my social circle in my new city. My next thing is
to find someone special with whom I can be best friends and lots
more! If you can relate to any of this or maybe just like my
profile, let's meet for a couple of beers or share a bottle of wine
(I prefer red but happy with white too).... you can see there's a
theme around alcohol here.... but sharing a pot of peppermint tea
is an option too :)
