My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

I'm Caroline, but more importantly my black lab's name is Coal. Forget long walks on the beach; I'd rather jump in the water.

I'm really close to my friends and family. I know everyone says that, but they're definitely the most important parts of my life.

I'm low-maintenance and relatively easy to please. Wining and dining is nice, but I'm just as happy with take-out and a good movie rental.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Recently finished school with a degree in media studies and more recently finished up a whirlwind trip to Europe. It was the most amazing five weeks of my life and I am itching to get back ASAP... the real world just isn't as exciting.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Swimming. I am a fan of anything related to the water and the beach. Ever since my childhood, I’ve spent time a lot of time on the water and it’s something I hope to be able to do for the rest of my life and to keep sharing with all of my friends. If only lifeguarding were a viable career.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Depends on how attentive you are. You’ll probably notice the shark tooth pendant around my neck. Long story that I’d love to tell you about over a drink, but you should know that if we become friends, I’m going to talk you in to going shark diving with me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Wuthering Heights, The Great Gatsby, The Film Club

Movies: Godfather Godfather II, The Deer Hunter, Jaws, The Graduate, Rear Window, Legally Blonde, The Shining, Silence of the Lambs, Goodfellas, and Carlito's Way. I have been told I am an old soul and one way in which that is true is that I absolutely love old films - especially from the 1940s. I have been watching a lot of them lately and I feel like each movie I see is better than the last. Gaslight, Letter From An Unknown Woman, Mildred Pierce, Citizen Kane, Spellbound to name a few. Suggestions are welcome!

Food: Pretty much any dessert. But I also love skirt steak, crab cakes, calamari and especially baked ziti.

TV: Seinfeld, Arrested Development,Sex and the City, the Mindy ProjectCurb Your Enthusiasm, Glee, Parenthood, the Office, Modern Family, and Reality TV -- the worse the better!

Music: I love classic rock, in fact, I don't know how I wasn't born in the 1960s. I am always listening to music from that time.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Well, if you got past my self-summary, you know that friends and family are everything to me, so for the sake of spicing things up, I’ll leave them off this list (but I hope they’re on yours!).

1. My black lab, Coal.
2. My camera. I keep a backup in my purse at all times just in case!
3. My movie collection
4. DVR...I honestly don't know what I'd do without it!
5. Traveling
6. Fashion
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Well, I would just say "the future" but that would be a cop-out.

My favorite thing to think about is travel. My family has a little place on the Gulf of in Mexico that try to get out to as much as possible. High on my list of places to go are Germany, Egypt and South Africa. If you've been to any of these countries, I want tips!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
What I'm doing depends on whether that particular Friday is more the end of a long week or beginning of a fun weekend.

In the former case, I'm likely to be catching up on the shows I DVR'd throughout the week or a good movie.

Otherwise, I'm out with friends- usually at dinner, a movie, dancing or a dive bar.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
While I claim to be a movie buff, my DVD collection contains more than its share of box office bombs that my friends always make fun of me about like Fool's Gold and I Know What You Did Last Summer. To make matters worse, I also have I STILL Know What You Did Last Summer so I have no alibi. What is the worst movie in your collection?
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Well, why shouldn't you message me? You've made it this far, after all.

bonus points to any guy who can play Stairway to Heaven on the guitar... I melt for any guy who can do that!
