Relocated from San Francisco a little over a year ago after finishing my PhD. No need to ask. I definitely left my heart there! But DC has it's own charm, character and really, really big minds, right? Bright, hard-working bunch you are! Take a vacation already, people. ;)

Many film favorites. Love, war (revolution), loss + art, hope, resilience works well for me in film (Before Night Falls, for example).

Enjoy historical fiction. The fundamentals from elementary school still sing to me--To Kill A Mockingbird, Huck Finn, for instance.

Love fine wine and dishes with clean flavors/execution...but please don't make me lose the farm over the bill.
