My self-summary
Hi there! So, let's start with the basics: I'm originally from Chicago, and moved to San Francisco a little over 3 years ago. I majored in Political Science and International Studies in college, started off my career in Columbus, OH (where I lived for 3.5 years), and currently work on the peninsula for a large e-retailer.

I like to think of myself as a pretty well-rounded, easy-going, fun-loving person with many different interests and hobbies... Here's a sampling:
traveling the world.
hiking on trails around the bay area.
playing tennis on warm, non-windy days.
drinking wine at my favorite wineries in Napa.
strolling the wings of modern art museums.
watching hours and hours of football during the fall.
enjoying mindless reality tv on cloudy days.

I'm always up for meeting great guys for dates. I love coffee and movies (hint hint).
What I’m doing with my life
After college, I entered the corporate retail world and have been doing that ever since. I actually enjoy it because I tend to thrive in stressful/challenging situations and it definitely offers that on a daily basis; never a dull moment. It's also been great preparation for what I think want to do soon: start and run my own company.

I'm also very passionate about LGBT rights and development of LGBT employees in the workplace, which led me to launch an LGBT Associate Resource Group at the world's largest company.
I’m really good at
my job, excel, math, back-handsprings, languages, spelling, dancing, drinking wine... I've also been told I'm a good kisser.
The first things people usually notice about me
my smile, my eyes, and my great energy.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Herewith are a few of my (recent and classic) favorites...

Books: The Art of Fielding, The Line of Beauty, Glamorama, The Secret, The Science of Getting Rich, The Celestine Prophecy.

Movies: Everything and anything Almodovar (especially Mujeres al Borde de un Ataque de Nervios, Hable con Ella, and Volver), Cruel Intentions, The Goonies, Independence Day.

Shows: CBS Sunday Morning, Will & Grace, The Daily Show, Family Guy, Revenge, Modern Family, Happy Endings, RHOBH, KUWTK.

Music: Classical Guitar, Salsa (would love to find a guy that appreciates a good salsa - there's nothing more passionate than a good salsa song or dance)

Food: Puerto Rican, Thai, French (Fries)
The six things I could never do without
my family
my best friends
beach vacations
good wine (a good Cabernet is the key to my heart)
Vanity Fair
massages
I spend a lot of time thinking about
what I can do to make a difference, because I'd like to be remembered.
On a typical Friday night I am
either hanging out at a cool bar with my friends, on my sofa with a good book and an even better glass of wine, or sitting by a fire, listening to music, and chatting about life with my best friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a pathological fear of rejection. and I kinda wish I were a bravo-lebrity.
