My name is Phoebe. I was born in raised in the bay and love it here but I have an adventurous spirit, and would love to explore the world given the opportunity. I am always open to try new things and find random adventures - which is easy in the bay, which is part of why I love it here. I love the city life but also the outdoors. Doing things like camping, hiking, going to the beach, or even just taking a nice walk at the lafayette reservoir or around the lake are what gives me some clarity and make me happy. I like to go out with friends and find fun places with good beer or wine, or stay in sometimes and watch a good movie. I also love going to baseball games and a big A's fan! Don't ever hate! I am captain of my kickball team and I love playing, and meeting new people and having something to look forward to during the week!

That's just a few things. There is a lot more to me than just a little blurb. Hopefully I can find someone willing to find out more :)

I'm currently working in SF as a Technical recruiter. I graduated from UC Davis in psych. What I really want to do is go back to school for occupational therapy. Currently working on pre-reqs, etc. Recently I spent some time trying to "figure myself out" doing different jobs but in the end I'm not money driven and the corporate environment doesn't feel right, so going to try and pursue my passion, even if it doesn't make my mom happy, haha.

Picking up new things. I always like to try different things and can usually pick them up pretty fast. I've done everything from playing music to dancing to sports - I try not to limit myself ever.

I have been told I have nice eyes but other than that I'm not sure.... you tell me!

TV shows...The Office, Parks and Rec, The Walking Dead, Mad Men, Party Down, Community, House, The Wire, Lost, Dexter, Its Always Sunny, Arrested Development, Girls, Wilfred, True Blood, Modern Family, How I met your mother, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Scrubs... I rarely actually watch TV but find stuff on Netflix and watch them all in a row.

Movies... I love you man, 40 year old virgin, Wedding crashers, Bridesmaids, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Anchorman, Knocked up, Superbad, Role Models. Disney movies (beauty and the beast, Aladdin, and lion king are the best), Memento, Juno, Donnie Darko, The Big Lebowski, Shawshank Redemption, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind... just off the top of my head.

I do like lots of kinds. What I'm listening to currently (although this can change on a day to day basis) : Grizzly Bear, Passion Pit, Vampire Weekend, Regina Spektor, Cold War Kids, Metric, The Black Keys, Imagine Dragons, lots and lots more.

My top choices include: Going to an A's game (I'll go to a Giants one too, and it helps that I work super close to the stadium), going to a show, happy hour at a cool local spot, staying in and watching a good movie, going somewhere fun for the weekend, and anything new and exciting!
