I'm a nursing student at TU, going into my fourth year of college.

I have three more semesters till graduation.

I'm not sure what I really want from this site, I just wanna branch out and meet people in the area (within an hour or so).

By "doesn't want children" I mean not in the next 5-7 years.

By "dislikes cats" I mean I think they're cute but I am horribly allergic to them.

School is my life at the moment. I'm not working right now, but I hope to fix that by the end of this year by landing a hospital job. After I get my BSN I'll probably work for a few years before working on a doctorate in nursing practice. I'm also considering becoming an Air Force nurse, but I'm waiting for Don't Ask Don't Tell to go away (don't see that happening anytime soon). I'm not sure what field of nursing I want to go into, I'd like to go through more clinicals before I decide that.

I'm also involved in the LGBT community, so if you're not accepting and supportive of LGBT issues, you probably shouldn't message me ;)

I'm ok in music, I used to be in the steel drum band in my high school, and played bass clarinet for a few years before I had jaw surgery, then I played string bass for a little bit. I haven't been very involved in music since college though.

I'm pretty short.
