I am spontaneous, a hopeless romantic, and a goofball.

My Self-Summary

I am a spontaneous girl who is always looking for an adventure. I love feeling adrenaline. I want to skydive so badly. I really wish I could afford to travel the world.

I'm a sucker for cute indie girls.

I love all my friends to death and would do anything for them.

I can't stand people who lie. I like confidence and charisma, but not when it turns into being conceited.

I am very left-wing, so if you're republican, I probably wouldn't want to meet you. I have plenty of republican friends, but I don't think I could date one. Sorry. ...well, not really

What I’m doing with my life

I don't really like the thought of college just because I don't like writing papers and such. I am very intelligent, but college does not interest me. (Plus, I procrastinated lots in high school) So for the time being, I work mornings as a cook in the kitchen at GE Healthcare. I don't mind it because I absolutely LOVE to cook. Plus, it's Monday thru Friday. Nice pay. Having an extremely experienced C.E.C. [certified executive chef] as my boss. I'm A-Okay with that. I also work evenings at Panera sometimes.

I’m really good at

Making my friends smile, despite their mood. Saying 'that's what she said' at inappropriate times. And I guess I'm alright at cooking. I won first place in a culinary competition in Summer 2008. Me and my partner had two hours to cook 12 plates. We made a spanish spice rubbed grilled salmon fillet, served on top of three mini orange-infused seared polenta cakes, drizzled with a tangy mole sauce. With a side of roasted corn, red peppers, and anaheim peppers. Garnished with fried and seasoned corn tortilla strips. I don't even like salmon, but it was pretty damn tasty.

The first things people usually notice about me

I am really shy at first, but once you get to know me, I am ridiculous. I'm always joking around and laughing when hanging out with my closest friends.

I am usually pretty social with friends, but there have been times when I've been around someone new that I'm attracted to, and I can get kind of shy. And when I get nervous, I have a tendency to say words in the opposite order... or stutter a word... or use the wrong words in the wrong order.

So nerdy, I know.. But it's a good thing, cause it means I really want you like me... except I just get so apprehensive that it kinda makes me seem like a re-re.

haha. I dunno, I probably just seem really awkward sometimes, but you just gotta have the right words to break me out of that shell, ya know? Maybe it just takes time? I have no idea, I'm goofy. for real.

The six things I could never do without

My friends, my music, my laptop, my car, my perspectives on everything, and a REAL snuggle buddy. [not just my doggy]

I spend a lot of time thinking about

ERRRYTHING. I think constantly and I can't stop. Which means you might hear some pretty random things if you're around me a lot.

...like when I realized how sad it was that they don't make band-aids in a shade for my awesome african-american friends. :((((

EDIT!: some dude on this site sent me a link.... and there IS a site that makes multi-racial colored Band-Aids.

...call me lame, but it made me really happy that someone probably made a shit ton of money by marketing that.

On a typical Friday night I am

Hanging out with my closest friends. Most likely drinking. If it's nice out, definitely walking around a park or the woods or at a pretty beach, cause I know lots of 'em around here. Maybe taking a road trip. Camping. Anything outdoors when it's spring or summer. If it's cold out, I guess I would be at a bar playing pool or dancing. Maybe a house party. Pretty much whatever sounds like a good time, depending on the weather.

During the summer, I try to be at summerfest and pridefest a lot. I LOVE going by the lake as much as possible. And sometimes kicking it at coffeeshops on the eastside/downtown in my freetime, also. (Rochambo's, Fuel, Alterra, Hi-Fi, etc.)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I don't have any interest in obese people. Or ugly people. Or people over 30. Or people who live way too far to drive to. So if you are in any of those categories... please leave me alone.

Oh, and I personally don't feel that love has a gender. I think I can fall in love with anyone. I guess I'm just trying to say that I don't completely rule the idea out. [Although I DEFINITELY dig girls more]

You should message me if

You think our interests are similar.

You live nearby.

You like the same music.

You want to meet other awesome people around Milwaukee.

Honestly, I LOVE to meet new people cause I have lots of friends, but it's really hard to meet new people. Cause everyone seems to know each other somehow. It's like the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon or whatever...

so message me already! do ittt
