I'm ADHD and a lot of time I have trouble following through with books to be honest, I do a lot of skimming through non-fiction/wikipedia and listening to talks to learn new stuff.

A pen or pencil: if you're bored and have paper, you can draw or write, even if you have no paper you can still tap a rhythm and accompany it in your head or by humming, also just random stuff on the street sounds cool when tapped on, metal bars and pipes etc.

Clothing: It gets fuckin' cold around here.

Access to music of some sort: Even if it's not my choice music, like if I'm on an airplane or something, I can get into all sorts of stuff.
