I shouldn't have any problems writing about myself, I should know all about me... right? let's see, I like long walks on the beach, I'm into film/movies and music, I like places with a cool atmosphere ... BUT I FUCKING HATE MEDIUM WALKS ON THE BEACH!! I tend to keep my mind as wide open as possible. I've set a goal, to see most of the world in my lifetime (hopefully sooner than later). I like being creative, doing creative things, and I like being around creative types of people. I'm super easy to be around and i'm one of those people that gets along with anyone (comes in handy at family get togethers or parties). I have some sort of wierd obsession with a certain number. That's a whole story on it's own! I think I've got an awesome sense of humor. It's witty, sharp, random, goofy, sometimes intelligent, but not overbearing. I like spending alone time with a GF as much as I like taking her out. On the flip side, I do like my alone time where i do mysterious things and contemplate deep thoughts. Or play guitar hero. I'll probably be one of the most real people you'll ever meet. At least in the top 10. Depending on how many people you know, I guess. I don't believe in fate, per se, but i do think coincidences are interesting. I think I'm the type of guy that, if I don't like the same things my partner likes, I at least try to get an understanding of why they like it and what makes it special to them. I can be some what "old fashioned" sometimes (opening the doors, rolling down the car windows if I happen to be gassy that day), but I do also believe in complete equality and respect, especially in relationships.

I'm currently in the process of reinventing myself. I'm trying to take the younger, wilder, creative "me" and merging it with the current, wiser "me" to make the ultimate... ME. My reinvention is just as much mental as it is physical

...Seeing both sides of the story, being honest (not the jerky kind of honesty), defusing bad situations (let's talk, not yell), being able to see the brighter side of things, movie trivia, and making YOU laugh!

I'd like to say it's my sweet, sweet ass ;) but more than likely it would probably be my award winning* smile (I've got some great dimples from what I've been told) or my sense of humor/personality. Or maybe it really COULD be my sweet, sweet ass. Who knows.

*I don't really have any awards for my smile. I just threw that in there.

Books: Uncle Johns Bathroom Reader, After Effects CS3 professional studio techniques, Photoshop CS4 for photographers. these are books I'm currently flipping through (except for the bathroom reader. i read that... in the bathroom :-/)

Music: hard to say. I'm not a slave to any certain genre of music, although i do prefer some of the louder stuff. I'm a sucker for some good rockabilly tunes and movie scores. I'll just throw out some names that stand out in my itunes-

Movies: seriously, just way to many to list. Lets put it this way, i hope sometime in the near future to start making my own short films. A movie doesn't always have to be "good" for me to like it. sometimes I just want to be entertained. But if any of these names rings a bell (Ridley Scott, Robert Rodriguez, Guillermo Del Toro, Charlie kauffman, Darren Aronofsky, Wes Anderson, Danny Boyle, Michel Gondry, to name a few) then you kind of get a feel for what I like. I've also been watching a lot more foreign films lately. And i don't even mind the subtitles!

Food: I sure do like food! and it likes me too, but sometimes it over stays it's welcome. Spicy food is good, some ethnic foods as well. I don't think I'm afraid to try new things, if anything I'll try it for the experience. Like squid jerky. I tried it, but I could not swallow it. But hey, at least I tried it before deciding that it wasn't for me!

What I'm goin to be doing next in my life and how I"m going to get there. Oh, and why it is that I"m so damn cool.

Working on stuff, watching movies or going out. There, I've pretty much covered all the bases.

If I'm outside on a clear night, I spent a lot of time looking up at the stars.
