Your Notes
Edit your notesI am ambitious, unique, and genuine.
My Self-Summary
Interviewer: Why are you putting up a personal ad?
Me: I moved to Charlotte 2 1/2 years ago and although it's been easy to meet new friends here, meeting someone with whom there is mutual physical, emotional, and mental attraction hasn't been quite as easy.
Interviewer: Sell yourself to me. Why should someone write to you?
Me: I believe that I am intelligent, ambitious, confident, funny, adventurous, genuine, fun, and attractive. I have strong values and constantly strive to improve myself.
Interviewer: You sound like quite a catch! What do you do in your free time?
Me: I am very open-minded and I like to do a lot of different things. Traveling is my biggest passion and so far I've been to over 30 countries. I recently went South Africa and Swaziland and went to Brazil earlier in the year. Apart from traveling, I will try just about anything once. Some of the things that I've done in the past year include: bowling, boating, karaoke, painting (both walls and pictures), photography, golfing, reading, hiking, rock climbing, zip-lining, wildlife viewing, eating live termites, volunteer work, pool, football games, comedy clubs, theatre, parties, dancing, etc.
Interviewer: What do you look for in a man?
Me: There are a lot of things that I would ideally seek but it really just comes down to chemistry. On a high-level, I want someone who challenges me and makes me a better person. I'm interested in someone with strong morals and someone who is curious about the world. Finally, I'm interested in someone who is emotionally mature--someone who can handle problems diplomatically and isn't afraid to open up and let someone in. Physically, I admit that I want someone who looks good and isn't old (everyone who is 40 and older, please stop writing to me!). I look for a great smile and someone who keeps himself very fit.
Interviewer: That sounds reasonable. Is there anything else you would like to add?
Me: If it sounds like we're a mutual match, I would love to hear from you! Please write something more than "Hi. How are you?" in your e-mail. That sort of generic e-mail makes it really hard to start a conversation! BTW, if you made it through my entire profile, you deserve a pat on the back. I know it's long!
