I'm a feminine young lady and I love to enjoy all the good and wonderful things in life.

I'm a teacher living and working abroard at the moment. I know it doesn't say that up there but if you want to know more ask me. I will be back in Bradford soon!

I really enjoy my job, so I guess it goes without saying that I love kids. I teach English to pupils from the age of 10 to 16. I'm working in a lovely school in a beautiful country.

Outside of work, I think the people around me are the most important people in the world. I'd say that I'm warm and caring, the kids seem to really like my dress sense and usually notice my shoes (I love shoes!). They also think that I'm incredibly happy. Maybe I'm a great actress because most of the time on the inside my head I'm screaming and I regularly wonder what on earth I'm doing!

I am always willing to talk about anything whether it be significant or otherwise. Sometimes the best conversations are about the most inane things!

Finally and randomly I'm usually craving hugs. Also, I look like the pictures... that is why they are there.

Work is a big part of my life as it's a boarding school far away from the rest of civilisation so I spend a lot of time with my colleagues. We live together, work together and go on holiday together, good thing they're all lovely!

Ok so books: Handmaid's Tale, The Time Traveller's Wife, The Optimists, The Color Purple, Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Jane Eyre, Little Women and Pride and Prejudice. I also love Dickens, George Eliott, Murakami (adore The Wild Sheep Chase, think it's fab!), PD James and Neil Gaiman. Never ask an English teacher what their favourite books/authors are, could take quite some time to read an answer)
Films: Amelie is the best film in the whole wide world. I love it. I also love Casablanca (it's a classic and I'm a hopeless romantic) Moulin Rouge, Momento, Conversations With Other Women, Edward Scissor Hands, Fight Club, Pan's Labyrinth, and lots of others, many different kinds.
I love lots of different types of music, a little bit of pop can be a good thing, I really like dancing to R'n'B and am quite in to lots of alternative stuff, into singer/songwriters and lots of bands and some jazz/blues
I am becoming a bit Nigella-domestic-godessish as I get a little older happily enough and really do love cooking. Almost as much as I enjoy eating what I or someone else has cooked. Favourite foods are Italian, Chinese, Mexican and Indian.
