I am a loyal, funny, and friendly guy living in Fayetteville and working for a local radio station.

I really like spending time outdoors. I love to hike, camp, swim, float (though I am extremely lacking in grace entering and exiting a kayak). But then again I really like doing indoor activities too. I like playing games of all types, from poker to board games, video games and pen and paper games. I consider myself a nerd, and am unapologetic about it.

Also, I WILL quote the Simpsons in casual conversation. Just a warning.

I am honest, loyal, and funny

Mostly working. But also trying to be a good father to my son who I get to see every other weekend. (Not as much as I'd like.) I've also been on an exercise kick lately, so swimming, walking, cycling, and hiking have been taking a more prominent role in my schedule.

Coming up with random trivia or interesting quotes for almost any situation. Finding constellations at night. Pretending I know what I'm talking about even when I have no clue.

My sense of humor and penchant for all things nerdy.

Books: I like comic books, my favorites are Preacher, Y: the Last Man, The Walking Dead, and Invincible. I like Stephen King books, The Dark Tower, Salem's Lot, and It are among my favorites. Still Life with Woodpecker by Tom Robbins, World War Z by Max Brooks, and Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert Heinlein are some of my favorite novels.

Music: I have a very wide taste in music. My ipod has everything from Mozart to Metallica. That being said, there are a lot of bands that I know next to nothing about and I always like to learn more and be exposed to new music. A few of my favorites: Green Day, Flogging Molly, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Muse, Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine, Ra, Finger Eleven, Johnny Cash, Led Zeppelin, many others.

My friends. My family. Free time. Love. Trust. The Simpsons.

The future. Problems that either I or my friends are having. How best to survive the Zombie apocalypse. (The hardest part will be pretending that it isn't awesome.)

Sitting at home with my son, or heading up to the Frisco in Rogers for a drink (or two) and conversation with the ACNWA.
