OK, now I guess I should tell you more about what I do. I'm a trained chef and Pastry Chef. I am now currently the Pastry Chef for McCormick and Schmick's attached to the Hilton Downtown. However, that really wasn't my dream job. It was just my a fall back. My REAL passion in the whole wide world is special effects makeup. I wish that one day I could make a name for myself in stage or film. Living in Indiana sure makes it hard to make a career out of make-up.
Ever since I was old enough to have a job I always had a kitchen job. Even while I was in art school, I worked in a kitchen. Art school wasn't what I thought it would be so I dropped out. I realized that I had a real talent for food so I enrolled in culinary school. I excelled very well at culinary school and enjoyed it very much. I then went on to get my pastry degree. I now really love making crazy custom cakes. I am also in the process of seeing what I can do to open my own cake shop.
I am spontaneous, organic, and open-minded.
