My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First things first, dating is really something i'm really not used to. I am incredibly shy at first but I do warm up quickly.I am very artistic. I enjoy drawing, sculpting and painting. I sometimes can be a perfectionist. Every time I try somthing new I always start at an advanced level. I find hard to go out and meet new people with the hours of my job.
OK, now I guess I should tell you more about what I do. I'm a trained chef and Pastry Chef. I am now currently the Pastry Chef for McCormick and Schmick's attached to the Hilton Downtown and I am also employed by Spectrum Catering who has the Murat Theater contract. I cook for all the performers that come through the Theater. However, being a chef wasn't really my dream job. It was just my a fall back. My REAL passion in the whole wide world is special effects makeup. I wish that one day I could make a name for myself in stage or film. Living in Indiana sure makes it hard to make a career out of make-up.
Ever since I was old enough to have a job I always had a kitchen job. Even while I was in art school, I worked in a kitchen. Art school wasn't what I thought it would be so I dropped out. I realized that I had a real talent for food so I enrolled in culinary school. I excelled very well at culinary school and enjoyed it very much. I then went on to get my pastry degree. I now really love making crazy custom cakes. I am also in the process of seeing what I can do to open my own cake shop.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am the Pastry Chef for McCormick and Schmick's and im also a catering chef for the Murat Theater. I work all the time, not much time to do anything else. However, that is fine I enjoy what I do.I'm also mixing my love of food and horror to one day open a halloween themed custom cake shop.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Well that can be a variety of things, like I said I am a trained chef (I make the best Tiramisu EVER!). I also stated I am a special effects artist. I do a lot of portrait art and duplicating movie stills and like I said I also make crazy awesome custom cakes.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My tattoos and I also get the "You look like Kevin Smith" a lot. Or you might see me sketching (I ALWAYS keep a sketch pad on me) Also the question I get a lot is "where do you cook at?" ( I'm in a chef jacket most of the time), Also up until recently I had very long hair but I just had it cut and donated 17 in. to Locks of Love.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I would have to say some of my favorite books would be "I AM LEGEND" by Richard Matheson."The Zombie Survival Guide" and "World War Z" by Max Brooks.
I am a huge horror hound. I'm into zombie movies and 70's survival horror, i'm not so much into the 80's slasher films. So, of course George A. Romero would be one of my favorite directors. Horror isn't the only type of films I like. I like films that make you think(ex.WAKING LIFE,DONNIE DARKO)I am also into Indie films such as Science of Sleep, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, Requiem For A Dream, Pi, anything from David Lynch and Stanley Kubrick, and oh, I also can't forget Star Wars.
When it comes to tv I do have a few shows I enjoy. I LOVE Doctor Who, The Simpsons ( I will never grow out of The Simpsons), Dexter, American Horror Story, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and Wilfred.
Now, for some of the music that I enjoy. For a long time I was labeled as a hippy, I can see why...Pink Floyd, Phish(a little bit), Ween, Grateful Dead(not my fav. but still good),Les Claypool/Primus(hands down fav.), Flaming Lips(second fav.), Modest Mouse, Built to Spill, Yonder Mt. String Band, Rusted Root and Radiohead. I like some heavier bands too, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, NIN, and Misfits.

When it comes to food, There is nothing that I won't try at least twice. I can tell you that I am not a big fan of "Americanized" Mexican food but I do like authentic Mexican.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My bike
2. My computer
3. My sketch pad
4. My friends
5. My Wustoff Chef knife
6. My guitar
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life... all those questions that really can't be answered, the WHERE, WHY, and the HOW.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I am pretty lame. I usually spend it at home or just hanging out with my best friend killing time watching our shows on Hulu or a movie on Netflix. Rarely I do make it out for a show or random Karaoke (Im not that good at it but it is still fun).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a sucker for anything that has Muppets, Fraggles, Dinosaurs, anything from Jim Henson.
