I've never been the type to get all personal on the internet, but here are some basics about me. The culinary arts and music are my two greatest passions in life. I'm an honest man with the best of intentions, no games. I believe that chivalry is not dead, just hiding, right here, its hiding. . I'm at peace with my past (which comes with some truly amazing stories to tell and scars to show) and always looking toward the future. I am a cook at a fine dining restaurant and I LOVE what I do. I am very passionate about my career, but when I'm not working, I like to enjoy myself to the fullest, and I'm always looking for people who want to come along for the ride.

I'm having fun. I'm a chef in the greatest city in the world. I take work seriously, I'm passionate and I'm always improving at my craft. My overall goal is to one day find investors and open my own restaurant. On a personal level, I want a partner in crime, someone who likes to travel, explore, eat, drink, and live the sweet life.

there is no typical. work, concerts, bars, restaurants, outdoorsy stuff when the weather's good, NEVER clubs, sometimes home with a movie and some chinese food.
