I am Creative, Social, and Enthusiastic.

My Self-Summary

I am a 2008 alumnus of Amherst College with a true passion for music and the arts. My hobbies include playing the violin, enjoying good cinema, appreciating and/or cooking a delicious meal.

What I’m doing with my life

At the moment I am at a crossroads in my life, trying to figure out which route to take. I am working in a violin shop presently but I'm trying to decide what to go to graduate school for. I am weighing a few options which include but are not limited to culinary school, music school, business school, and law school.

I’m really good at

...i don't like to consider myself "really good" at something. I've been playing the violin for 19 years so I guess I could consider that an area in which I excel. I also love cooking, cinema, tasty food and beverage, dancing, and sharing good quality conversations.

The first things people usually notice about me

is probably my ethnicity. I'm multiracial, with most of my roots coming from China, Poland, and Russia. Everyone thinks I look Mexican though...go figure.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: The Great Gatsby, The Redwall Series, The Phantom Tollbooth, Fables (a Vertigo series published in Graphic Novels)
Movies: oh boy...heres some...Pulp Fiction, City of God, Reservoir Dogs, Sin City, West Side Story, Big Fish, The Red Violin, Vertigo, American Splendor, Shaun of the Dead, Seven Samurai, Crash, Se7en, The Usual Suspects, Kill Bill 1 and 2, Fight Club, Adaptation, Rounders, Four Rooms, The Matrix, Kung- Fu Hustle, Shrek, Animal House, South Park: Bigger Longer and Uncut, Fargo, There's Something About Mary, Blazing Saddles, Boondock Saints, Little Miss Sunshine, Go, True Romance, The Full Monty, Dogma, The Incredibles, Infernal Affairs, L.A. Confidential, Taxi Driver, Snatch, Moulin Rouge, Romeo and Juliet (Bahz Luhrmann), Spirited Away, A Beautiful Mind, Pan's Labyrinth, Fantasia, Ratatouille

Music: Brahms (lots of Romantic and Classcal composers), Pop Hip-Hop and Classic Rock

Food: oh man...good food, any food done well, Italian is probably my favorite but I really just enjoy a well cooked meal of any sort. Cookingwise I'd say my favorite thing to make is Guacamole. Simple, yet difficult to make perfectly.

The six things I could never do without

My Family
Music
Friends and good company
Delicious food
Good Movies
A chance for escape (travel etc.)

I spend a lot of time thinking about

what I will do in the future and when I will finally decide what I am meant do with my life. Ah thought.

On a typical Friday night I am

out and about with friends

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

...well is it private then?

You should message me if

you find me interesting, intriguing, or just want to talk. I'm a pretty friendly person.
