My life philosophy in general is that the life is about connecting with other people, experiencing the now, and building intimate connections to other human beings through shared experiences.

I used to be an IT guy, but I felt like I needed a career change, so I'm going back to school to learn how to be an audio-visual systems engineer. In my spare time I'm teaching myself how to be a digital DJ and researching how to be a photographer.

Holding a great conversation, making snyde/snarky or otherwise sarcastic comments, cooking NOT baking (I almost went to culinary school), anything techy or audio/visual, and claiming territory in the name of Spain =p

I'm an intense person but once you get to know me a little you'll notice my big heart and willingness to help people. Also, I have spiky hair (it's sort of a trademark by now...almost 15 years)

I have a lot of interests so this is hard to do in a concise manner. I like to read classic literature by the greats like Hemingway, Orwell, and Twain.

I like a lot of kinds of movies, really anything from stoner comedy to high art cinema. I try not to watch too much TV, at least not live, as I don't like exposing my mind to commercials, but when I do watch I like to watch stuff on DVD or Netflix such as Weeds, Deathnote, Buffy the Vampire and Mythbusters.

Music? Hah forget about it! I work with audio for a living and am even trying to learn the art of live performance DJing. I just love music of almost every kind. Everything from Polka to Death Metal. It really is just a matter of whether or not I like the individual song/track itself.

...and then there is food. Well, at one time I wanted to go to culinary school. I love food as much as I love music. Asian, Latin, African, Italian, and Midwestern...it's good to me. I do like to cook for people who like to eat, and by that I mean people who can actually provide more feedback than just "it was good".

I spend a lot of time introspectively contemplating the concept of self. I also spend a lot of time thinking about how to make my daily life more efficient and less stressful.

It doesn't matter what I do usually, it matters more to me to be in the company of good people. Regardless of what we end up doing, it usually involves copious amounts of food and spirits, great music, and great conversation....and if the mood and company is right, well you know.
