My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm originally from the midwest. I was a college swimmer and after a few in between office jobs I am now helping run a swim school. I still get to teach a couple times a week (huge perk of the job).

Not to sound too snotty, but I think people should have pictures of them smiling in their profile. Why would anyone want to hang out with someone who never smiles?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working full-time at a swimming school in lower manhattan. Really enjoy getting to work with people and do something I really care about.

I'm enjoying working in a small company that I get to help grow. I am not a big fan of the amount of hours I sometimes end up working because I'm at a small company.

I also helped start a non-profit for LGBT student-athletes a few years ago ( and spend a lot of time on that as well.

I recently started coaching for Team New York Aquatics too. I love the people I've met through the team and it's been an awesome experience.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I used to say I was really good at watching seasons of DVDs in one sitting, but that has been expanded to multiple seasons via Netflix.

I am still good at drinking wine out of a box, although I've switched over to more beer as of late. The guys at the deli downstairs know to keep Magic Hat No. 9 and Hoptical Illusion stocked for me and my roommate.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have no idea...eyes?

Oh, or my shoulders. Sounds weird I know.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. friends
2. food (not just because you need it to survive...I LOVE to eat)
3. a good work out
4. iphone (I hate myself for this one)
5. Sunny days
6. my penis (sorry, I was struggling on getting a last one)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What really matters to me in the grand scheme.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends or hanging at my apartment with my roommate. Either way Saturday morning I'm struggling to get out of bed and cursing myself for having that last drink.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Eh, I don't really have too many secrets.
