My self-summary
Radical politics and radical communication are important. Beyond self-righteous politics and into broad intersections/complexities and complications between people. Looking for new relationships of many kinds, and my friends are a super important to me. I left my life in the woods a few years ago and now its life in the dense metro. I am still perplexed at how quickly things change.

I enjoy queer masculinity and I've dated folks of many sizes, genders, etc. I have been on quite a hiatus and I am starting to feel up for hot dates. It is really important to continue on my path without including new people in a significant way until I know someone pretty well. This being said, I am in a place of casually hooking up with people if it feels mutually awesome for both people. I tend towards the way of switching but it is fun to explore roles in other ways.

I like analyzing people, places, community in conversation with people. I give really good relationship advice and like to hear about people's struggles. It is really important to me to have people around who have a great sense of humor because this inspires my creativity with the jokes. I like a humor top!
What I’m doing with my life
Now that I'm done with grad school I'm starting new again.
My job is rad because I helped start a new school in August 2011 and we are trying to change what school looks like for elementary kids. I am also committed to going outside as much as possible. I ride my bike through the Oakland hills or I go hang by the ocean rain or shine.
I’m really good at
home
dancing (at the club or in the studio),
biking
wholesome fun (parlor games)
kids
cooking
going outside
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Just finished Gionvanni's room by Baldwin (I'm swooning for Baldwin). And of course many of the feminist/queer popular books. I bought a book by Halberstam last month.

Movies: Harold and Maude, Just watched the Incredible Shrinking Woman (wish I had half the talent that Tomlin has). I don't really watch movies much but I'd like to watch more.
I like a good story as long as violence isn't the attraction.
The six things I could never do without
my amazing new home and the people living in it, my part-time dog friend, my dear beloved friends, home cooked food and my bike
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How people learn things and the ways motivation plays into this.
On a typical Friday night I am
Resting so MAYBE I can go out Saturday night, watching a performance, eating dinner with a friend or loving it in my amazing home.
