I am Passionate, Creative, and Sunny.
My Self-Summary
I'm a
musician,
singer and
actor going through
lots of growth and change, potentially taking different career
paths and reinventing myself. When one thing doesn't work out you
must utilize your other talents to become a well rounded person,
and I'm discovering my other talents and trying new things. I moved
to NYC only three years ago, and I'm still loving/hating it, if you
know what I mean. I'm from just east of
San Francisco and so I'm really
not used to the cold. I'm pretty obsessed with
Central Park, especially
this time of year and going into the winter.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I'm playing the role of the starving artist, living in
Washington Heights and working at a restaurant in Hells Kitchen.
I'm making music everyday, and spend a ton of time at my piano,
writing, coaching what have you. I've decided to begin making my
own work, and I'm very excited and happy about it. I'm working
concepts of
The
Secret into my own life, not a bad little book. I also practice
Bikram Yoga daily (well almost daily).
I’m really good at
I really have a passion for music, I'm discovering my strength in
arranging music, and playing the piano is something that I role out
of bed and do nearly every single day. I'm a very good cook and I
especially love to do it for friends and family.
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I'm really into classic fantasy, and some of my favorite titles are
Hart's Hope,
Gormenghast,
Lord of the
Rings to name just a few. I'm all about the
Billy Wilder classics, and
just about anything with
Meryl Streep. I am obsessed with
music, recently I'm really into
ADELE,
Jeff Buckley,
Krystle Warren,
Missy Higgins,
Torun
Eriksen,
Jamie Cullum,
India.Arie,
Amos Lee Radiohead,
Joni Mitchell,
Ben Sollee,
Jason Mraz,
Ben Folds. I'm really into
composers like
Adam Guettel,
William Finn,
Ricky Ian Gordon,
Michael
John Lachiusa,
John Bucchino,
Jason Robert Brown,
Stephen
Sondheim,
David Yazbek and
Georgia Stitt.
The six things I could never do without
My family, good people in my life, my iPod, chapstick, a temporary
escape from NYC, a piano.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I'm doing next, and how to make my life fuller without waiting
for someone to hand it to me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Since I work at a restaurant currently I don't have a usual Monday
thru Friday schedule, but my "Friday nights" often consist on going
to a play or movie, dinner out with friends, wandering around the
city, taking in new areas and neighborhoods I still don't know. I
love walking, and I'm very impulsive and adventurous.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I've got to leave some things for you to ask me, and find out from
me in person.
You should message me if
You share my passion for music and life and have ambition and goals
you are working towards, but still know how balance a life in that
mix. I open to all sorts of people and I'm often attracted to
oposites.
