My self-summary
I am a fairly outgoing guy looking to meet new people. A lot of my time is taken up by school and work, but I try pretty hard to not let either of those things completely subsume my life. I'm definitely not the type of person who wants to only be defined by what they do from 9 to 5 on the weekdays.

Since there isn't really a place to talk about interests and likes, I guess I will do that here. I enjoy reading quite a bit, followed closely by gaming. I've also been practicing judo for a couple of years now and really enjoy it.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently working on a Master's in Library and Information Science, leaning more toward the information science side of the degree. I also work as a web developer for the Graduate School at UK.

When I am not doing something related to school or work (which isn't often) I will probably be spending time with a few close friends.
I’m really good at
Holding a conversation. On a more tangible scale, I am pretty good with foreign languages, and cooking (or at least I would like to believe so). I'm also pretty damn good at Left 4 Dead 2. And giving massages.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have gotten compliments on my smile before.

The six things I could never do without
Other than the essentials...
1. Friends
2. Books
3. Gaming of all sorts
4. Working out
5. The Internet
6. Traveling
On a typical Friday night I am
If I am out with friends: either at a small party with a few of us, or at a bar. Here in Lexington I really like Marrika's. I'm not really the club going type.

If I am staying in: Watching a movie, reading a book, playing a video game. Sometimes those things with bourbon.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 20–27
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You have a good book recommendation.
You want to go hiking at Raven Run or the Gorge.
You think the Coen brothers are filmmaking geniuses.
You like board games and want someone new in your group.
You appreciate good bourbon but realize even Kentucky Tavern has a time and place.

You probably shouldn't message me if:

All you're going to say is "hey" or something similar. That is not a conversation starter. At all. Give us something to talk about.
You think science is the devil's work, magic, or something equally as ridiculous.
You hate the idea of traveling to new places.
