hanging out in New Orleans East where i lead an art for social change program with high school youth, cooking tasty dinners, baking treats, making fermented foods like kimchi and pickles, stirring compost, learning to play the ukulele, chasing after 3 to 5 year olds with glue and crayons while singing Torah Torah, making books out of scrap paper, learning to salsa & swing dance, & throwing clay around on a wheel to make things that ever-so-slightly resemble mugs or pots.
