I love pretty much any type of book provided the author has a sense
of humor, so I read everything from Jane Austen and Voltaire to
Terry Pratchett and Tanya Huff. I also like nonfiction, I tend to
go through phases where I only want to read about one or two
subjects until I get tired of them.
I love pretty much all musicals, I also like most other music
although I tend to favor music with good vocalists, and I can't get
into a lot of country music, except for some reason Johnny Cash and
the Dixie Chicks.
I like funny movies, like Dogma, Young Frankenstein, Robin Hood:
Men In Tights,also superhero movies, especially X-men, since I grew
up watching the cartoons. I really like things like Stardust, The
Princess Bride, and Labyrinth. I'm not sure they really have a
genre.
For shows I like HIMYM, Castle, Lie to Me, Glee, The Daily Show and
Colbert Report (News is too depressing otherwise), also some
British shows like Dr. Who (the new series) and Torchwood.
I've been vegetarian since I was 12 so I learned to cook for myself
and as long as I'm not allergic and it doesn't have meat I'll try
most foods. I do have comfort foods like baked mac and cheese,
kitsune udon, Triple chocolate cookies, and things that I like to
make especially when I'm stressed, but I'm fairly adventurous about
food most of the time.
