My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what I want to do when I grow up so recently, I decided it was time to do something about it. I have a great day job in marketing but I spend my nights and weekends embracing comedy. I’m an improvisor, storyteller, and writer just trying to have a little fun.

What attributes am I looking for? Curiosity is essential. There’s too much in this world to not be intrigued by what you don’t know. Living in New York gives us a chance to explore so many interests so let’s check them out!

At 6’1”, I’m no stranger to towering over most people so I prefer a man my height or taller. Happiness is the ability to look into a man’s eyes without further damaging my neck.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Doing my best to enjoy it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Nothing beats a well done movie or TV show. My old art school self would be appalled but it's true. I love the whole production and appreciate every aspect. I admire a meticulous script supervisor as well as a fine actor. And then there are documentaries! I love them all. Except for horror, but I adore the rest.

I've recently abandoned a couple books because I despised the main character. The first book I deserted was The Confederacy of Dunces. Ugh. Life is too short to read about someone so loathsome. I often read books by comedians or about comedy but I need fiction to keep the mind interesting. I'm also subscribed to plenty of comedy podcasts with a sprinkling of culture and educational podcasts to keep a decent balance.

I don't even have the energy to go into what I like in music. I love too much of it. I've done a poor job of keeping up with new bands but love to learn about them. I'm also a sucker for seeing live music. I do miss that part of Nashville. (btw- I'm from Nashville) So many fantastic musicians from all genres at every corner.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Laughter, pets, hugs, someone to share a conversation with, curiosity, and memories.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My next project.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Doing a show or seeing a friend's show.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I reference a Seinfeld episode at least 3 times a day in my head but usually only admit to 1 publicly.
