Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
One of my favorite recent movies is "The Theory of Everything." If
you ever need inspiration to continue moving forward... To
appreciate the luxury that is walking, speaking, or being heard...
To understand love... See this film.
I am deeply moved by this story... By Hawking's perseverance and
his joy for living... And by the talent of the actor portraying
him. Eddie Redmayne absolutely deserved to win the Oscar for best

I'm a good guy who believes in striving for ideals even though I
understand they are rarely achievable. It's the striving that is
fulfilling. I don't believe in failure or black and white thinking.
I love dogs. I prefer monogamy. If I fall in love, I'm yours for
I left Miami, FL and my corporate career in 2008 to build a life of
creative pursuit. I'm very passionate about entrepreneurship and
creative projects... i tend to find myself involved in too many
things at once. I spend all day, every day doing what I would
choose to do after work. If you do what you love for a living, you
never work a day in your life. :-)
Be careful what you wish for. As much as I love my work, I'm
realizing I need to make more time for social interactions. Please,
invite me to a party or coffee or a train ride! or somewhere else
I'm a deeply contemplative and philosophical guy. I totally dig
serious chat about meaningful stuff. :-P But I also really love
goofy, spoofy sarcasm that calls out ridiculous notions.
I live my life with a few simple truisms always in mind:
1) Nothing is strictly black or white... My answer to almost any
question is "It depends."
2) Happiness is more important than money... though, often, it can
be hard to tell the difference.
3) Everything in life is a trade-off... I simply cannot have
EVERYTHING I want and what I want always has a price.
4) What I think I want or need is not always what I actually want
5) There is no such thing as failing... only a decision to stop
trying or to try something else instead.
I love to laugh! I love satire, innuendos and double
I'm passionate about photography, film, developing creative ideas
and playing music. I love spending time with passionate, open
I enjoy going to movies, funky jazz bars and taverns, book stores,
concerts, playing the bass clarinet, walking around with friends,
board game nights, parks, and generally anything that allows for
bonding with people or dogs.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I left the corporate life to find fulfilment in artistic endeavors.
I have my own business so I work a lot... it's hard to call it work
since I spend all day, every day doing exactly what I would choose
to do AFTER coming home from work at some corporate job. :)
I run a commercial photography studio and teach all kinds of
photography classes. I've recently gotten involved in filmmaking as
a cinematographer, producer, director and editor, depending on what
is needed... I'm also a partner in a gourmet tea company. And I
play the clarinet.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
a bunch of stuff... photography, teaching, writing, reading,
rambling, eating, making tea, playing with dogs... :)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You tell me... I've been told I look "younger and cuter in person"
... whatever that means. :P
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I mostly read hard Sci-Fi... stuff with real science and
technology... none of that warlock magic stuff. ;-)
I love movies with great actors, great stories, great music, great
visuals, great ideas...
Classical, jazz, indie, electronic, and more... I love when friends
give me new music to listen to. Music with a good beat makes me
want to move. :)
I love healthy food, cheese and crackers, sushi, asian, japanese,
Dim Sum, chocolate (dark only) and of course... tea. I also love
french fries! :/
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Aside from the basic things like food, water, shelter, etc...
1 - Human contact
2 - Humor
3 - Sunlight
4 - Creative outlets
5 - Friends who challenge me to grow
6 - Family who encourage and support me in my endeavors
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
communication styles... when I have conflicts with people I think
about my part in it... creative projects... what's ACTUALLY
important in a partner.
On a typical Friday night I am

probably doing something creative
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've maintained good friendships with every serious boyfriend I've
had. Love is love... even if it doesn't include sex and romance. If
I fall in love, I'm yours for life.

You actually want to spend time getting to know each other in the
real world. Let's be analogue friends. Also if you play any kind of
instrument that would work well in chamber music. :)
