I'm a boston transplant who's been living in dc for almost 6 years. My interests are diverse from running marathons to playing music, to volunteering. Given the choice to gohiking in the mountains or lounging on the beach I'd definitely choose the mountains so you can call me the outdoorsy type. Though I have absolutely no problem with a lazy evening watching a movie on the couch. I find activities like scuba diving, bungee jumping, white water rafting, and sky diving to be an awesome way to spend the day. The non-adrenaline side of me often has me wandering the amazing museums, checking out the local music scene, or trying out new restaurants (sorry, but i've been pretty disappointed with dc food so far...). I'm definitely the optimistic "glass-half-full" type of guy.

I don't read that much...I just recently learned how to...(okay that's actually a joke...with school and stuff I haven't had much time for leisure reading and I didn't feel like listing out a bunch of text books here which would just be boring...) I like watching movies and pretty much like all genres except for horror films. I also like a wide range of musical genres (anything good that isn't country music) and I play a lot too. I love all food...except celery.

Well besides the obvious stuff (like food, water, oxygen...)...
My guitar, a good pair of running shoes, a good gas stove top (it's the only way to cook!), my computer, my cell phone, and I would have said my cat, but he just died not too long ago...so sad... :(
