My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born in China, raised in the Midwest, and a Seattle transplant. I'm a food lover, beer brewer, marathon runner, and NPR/PBS junkie. Looking to find someone to share the great outdoors and enjoy a pint or two after.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I currently lead a diverse team of people who solves some pretty complicated problems.

My free time is split between trying out new recipes, training for my next race, and checking out all the wonderful restaurants the city has to offer.

Recently, I just started taking a fencing class for fun and it's been a blast! Not only is it a great workout, it's also a sport with participants of all ages...and it's not every day you get your ass handed to you by someone twice your age!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Other than being a wiz in the kitchen, I've got a strange repository of weird facts. Case in want me on your trivia team.

I'm great at recognizing faces, horrible at names, and I can name your celebrity look alike within minutes of meeting you!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That's easy, my height! But as soon as I start talking, my outgoing attitude takes over. Maybe it's the Midwestern friendliness or the fact that I find almost anything interesting but I really enjoy talking to people and engaging their interests. It's surprising to see how people open when talking about the things they're passionate about.

sushi, dumplings, curry, pad thai, pierogies, anything that's grilled cause really, what man doesn't love the grill?, and pho...cause nothing cures a hangover the morning after like a nice hot bowl of noodle goodness!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Racer 5 IPA
my morning coffee
my running shoes
my library card
NPR/PBS/PRI...I'm a public radio/TV junkie goes well with anything!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What to make for dinner. And better yet, what's the perfect beer to go along with it.

Also, how much time I've wasted browsing through my ever growing Netflix queue.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
-grabbing a few drinks out in town with friends
-hosting some get together at my place
-relaxing with a good book or movie because sometimes, you just want to veg out after a long week
