I tend to like pubs and movies when going out. I love cooking when I get the time, and as you can see from my picture, I like working with my hands doing things like blacksmithing, or tinkering with cars & motorcycles. I also have several tattoos.

I'm willing to try just about anything once to see if I like it.

On the subject of dating and relationships. I've been single for a while now but I have a lot of cool stuff going on in my life & it would be even better with someone to share it all with. That being said, I am here mostly to meet people for dating and friendships, if something comes of that then cool.

After reading an article in Psychology Today about online dating I've shifted towards meeting sooner rather than later. It seems that one of the main drawbacks to online dating is that a false overall picture of a person is built from a profile and extended online chatting. This results in unavoidable disappointment when you actually meet the person and they are not exactly what you had (falsely) expected.

School off and on because I just like learning.

I'm looking to design and build. Don't care if its houses, furniture, cars, motorcycles or whatever, I really like creating.

Trying my hand a writing. Have a sort of cookbook started and have some fiction ideas brewing around. Speaking of brewing, I also like to brew my own hard cider and will probably try beer soon.

I found this site, http://www.triplux.com/dayzero/default.asp, and I liked the idea but did not want to join a group very much. I did decide to make my own list and see if I could do it.

Working on cars, fixing almost anything, doing things with my hands. I also never seem to get lost. Figuring out solutions to problems is fun to me, its just a puzzle.

I don't really know, I'll have to ask someone. I guess that I'm tall and maybe the tattoos. I've also been told that people notice my eyes.

I like Comedy and Action Movies along with the occasional Bollywood flick. BBC America is a favorite of mine &, In my opinion, British movies and shows are better than most American television West Wing, Dr. Who, Coupling, Black Adder, Harley Davidson & the Marlboro Man (It's my bad movie favorite), War Games, The Lost Boys, The Expendables, Manhattan Project, The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension!, Pride and Prejudice (the old BBC version with Colin Firth), Sherlock Holmes (the one with Benedict Cumberbatch).

One of my favorite quotes is from West Wing. "In a free society, you don't need a reason to make something legal; you need a reason to make something illegal."

I love all food, but among my favorites are Sushi and Italian, oh and Indian, and also Burmese, don't want to forget Mexican, OK, like I said before, I just love all food.

Books! Ah books. I love so many that it would be impossible to list them all here. Sci-Fi and Fantasy books in the main but some of the suspense/mystery ones too. Jim Butcher, C.S. Forester, Will Christopher Baer, Steven Brust, Clive Cussler, Neil Giaman, Neal Stephenson, the list goes on and on. In the non fiction department I tend towards history, architectural, Handyman, gardening, & human sexuality.

Everything. I know that sounds trite, but I really do seem to think about so much so often that I can't narrow it down. My mind jumps from subject to subject.

Staying in for a quiet night with a book or a game with friends most of the time, but sometimes out if I can find a nice pub & good company.
