My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a writer and filmmaker who makes a living doing exactly what I want to do and I couldn't be happier for it.

I'm attracted to guys who have a real calling in life and therefore come with a solid sense of identity. That may sound a little Super Soul Sunday on Oprah for you, but ambition gives purpose to our lives, especially during the trials.

I may look a bit like a jock, but I'm a compassionate nerd deep down. So don't be intimidated if I can do more pushups than you.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm trying to live the creative dream (angel investors take note haha). I do work as a TV writer and no, I'm not a barista at Starbucks if that's what you were wondering.

My friends are basically my family and they mean the most to me, so I put them first. Brene Brown is my hero. I don't rush into anything anymore (been there, done that) and I know what I'm looking for. That being said, I know the only way to find is with an open mind and keen sense of exploration.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Lets see, I captain dodgeball... I strategize like nobody's business in board game nights... Physically I'm all about speed, endurance and power so I love things like Tough Mudder, rock-climbing, and circuit training. Yes these skills apply to the bedroom. When I'm not writing or directing, I put my creative juices into Halloween costumes, planning road trips and playing videogames.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Hmm, I'll try not to sound too pretentious. I think a lot about the creative projects I'm working on, as they give me meaning. I'm a science communicator so I think a lot about the how and why of things, even abstract stuff. Of course future planning is a big one, but I'm about taking action so those plans actually happen. And I'm kind of going through a spiritual awakening, so forgive if things get a little deep.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Harlequin romance novels, rose petals and long bubble baths with a glass of merlot.

As much as that actually sounds awesome, it could be anything from a movie in, stargazing outside the city, Halloween Haunt or dinner and drinks. Not really a club kid anymore.

I tend to be attracted to and click most with guys that take care of themselves but have a big heart of gold.
Think jock on the outside, nerd deep down. As for the types of guys, it's honestly case by case. If this we're easy, we wouldn't all be using online dating sites. That said, I'm a firm believer that it's almost impossible to gauge chemistry and compatibility from a few exchanged emails, so I try to keep the online short and sweet and get to know each other in the flesh.
