Uhhhhhh, ummmmmm. No clue what to say. If I could self-summarize myself in a paragraph on an online dating site, I wouldn't need to be here in the first place.

Working, probably too much. But the work comes easy to me, so it's not too taxing. I write/edit for the times picayune, nola.com, nola media group, whatever you want to call us now. The old newspaper is generally what I tell people. In my down time, I do some freelance writing, song writing, writing writing...hopefully I don't get carpal tunnel from all the writing.

That's about it, I'm not nearly as good at things as I like to think

Again, a paragraph won't sum it up. My life revolves around the arts, so I'm always listening to music, watching movies, reading....etc. If I had to list anything to give an idea of my musical tastes, I'll say I can bump Tupac one minute, and go right to Depeche Mode the next. I listen to everything except pop country. If anyone on here listens to or knows who Burial, Chromatics or Bat for Lashes is, PLEASE message me. I'd love to find any fellow fans.

Movies, same as above. I watch everything. Not going to list my favs because I'll sound pretentious.

Books, same dealio. I have a pretty extensive library, can't list them all. Needless to say, if you read, I'm interested in you. Hard to find readers out there.
