In a nutshell: I'm a writer/editor who loves movies, theater, books and music (esp. R&B and alternative); I'm a Scrabble addict; I love old houses; and I make a mean pasta sauce.
What kind of relationship am I seeking? The first word that springs to mind is "simpatico" -- a man with whom I feel a strong sense of connection. Of course, a kind heart, a curious mind and a playful spirit (silly is good) are also key. After that, a big plus if you're optimistic; romantic (preferably toward me); and somewhat introspective. Now for the shallow stuff. I’d be lying if I said looks didn’t matter. In other words, YES, I want to see a photo. Having said that, I realize these lists are pointless. We are all far more complex than these profiles. In reality, there is no formula for attraction. Which brings me to this maxim: The only way to know if there's a spark is to meet (not interested in endless volleys of emails or texts).
