My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

Well I live in Columbia City. I can usually be found bouncing all around Seattle getting into all kinds of trouble.

Why should you get to know me? Well, I'm a serious smartass who will make you laugh as well as being someone who is thoughtful and considerate of others, and run-on sentences really turn me on.

I love going to see bands, comedians, and plays. Live performances are something everyone needs to see more of because they truly give you an appreciation for the arts and the talent and dedication it takes to get good at something that's so transient. Well maybe not everyone needs to see more of it. Just enough people that there are still enough tickets left for me and my friends.

I love to cook, especially elaborate dishes that take way too much time. If you have your grandmother's cookbook, chances are I want to see it.

Also, total tango addict. See below for more details.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Seeking enlightenment while trying to master Hollandaise sauce. I cheat at both, frequently.

I love, love, love to cook, but I am just not crazy enough to try to work in a restaurant.

About five years ago, I started dancing Argentine Tango (yes - there are different types of tango), and its consumed a fairly large part of my life. I go out dancing anywhere from 2-4 days a week, and I'm really loving the challenge and the dedication it requires. At some point, I'd love to make the holy tango pilgrimage to Buenos Aires.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making cheesecake. Just about any kind. My NY cheesecake will impress you, but my Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake will make you weak in the knees.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My glasses. I only occasionally wear contacts, and I have become known for rocking very distinctive frames.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

A comfortable place to sleep

My sense of wonder

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Politics, society, and cooking. They're all hobbies. Also, what I could really do with photography if I had the money.

Tango. I told you... addict.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
On a date, with friends, out dancing, ranting about social inequities, or all of the above. Usually all at the same time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Dave Matthews once hit on my date, right in front of me. He was really drunk. It was awkward.

I appreciate someone who likes trying new things, even if they wish they didn't later. Someone who's unpretentious, geeky, and loves music. ...oh my god. I just realized I'm looking for an unpretentious hipster in Seattle.

I am so screwed.
