My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
How's it going? I'm Matt. I know that these things are not easy to write but here we go...I'm a geeky guy who possesses a surprisingly awkward charm. I know that's a unique juxtaposition but it's who I am.Yes, I like comics and movies but I also like to keep up with current events and politics as well. For me, being a geek is more than what you like, it's more about HOW you like it. Geeks are passionate about what they like and well that word, (passionate) sums me up pretty well.
I moved back to Pittsburgh from Los Angeles last September. It was a great seven years in LA but I needed to come back to help take care of my family, and I was ready for a new adventure.
Now that I'm back I've really enjoyed reacquainting myself with the city, but I know I still have a lot to learn about. Suggestions for great restaurants/things to do are always gratefully accepted.
Last year I self-published my first comic, which I am very proud of and would love to do again. I've also recently starting focusing on photography as hobby. This city is a fantastic place to shoot. What am I looking for??? Well I'm not looking for a sidekick, I want to meet my partner in crime. I'm that good guy you're looking for. I'm a genuine person who is looking for a genuine person. Shoot me a message, say hi...or if you just want to geek out I'm always down for that.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
My Mom always says "find the joy in life." and that is exactly what I am doing. It's simple advice but the best advice usually is.
I recently self-published my first comic, which I am very proud of. Here is the official website feel free to check it out.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am a good heck with modesty...I'm a great friend. Also have a knack for remembering obscure pop culture references....While I am not great at photography in the technical sense I do believe I have a good eye and for some reason can get amazing photos with my iPhone and not with my Canon T3i but I'm working on it. You can see some of my pictures on Instagram my handle is the same one as this site comicfanboy007
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not sure. Physically...maybe my eyes. After meeting me I think people may notice I'm friendly, and maybe my charm... awkward as it may be.
