I am a quiet person. People around town call me 'Otto'. If you are in the local scene, that gives away a lot, doesn't it. I love Art Deco, Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin, old nautical art, staying up late listening to jazz with a fine liqueur in hand. I prefer pencil and paper over computer. Was an M.C. in the punk-cabaret scene for a while. I enjoy good tea. I know how to change diapers and I'm not afraid to do it.

I loved being a husband and doing things with a partner. I want that again one day and with someone who inspires me to be a better person. I love the challenge of communicating in another language. I am saving up so I can travel again one day soon. I enjoy sports only sometimes, roller derby being one of my favorites to watch. I like hiking and astronomy. By day I work in IT. Nights I teach government and political philosophy as an adjunct at a local university. I play drums for a local ensemble. Also pursuing inner stillness. For the health of my own soul I follow the Eastern Orthodox path.
