Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I was eight years old my parents made me and my conjoined twin
battle to the death. I ate him, but that was my choice.
Fine, that's not really true, not entirely... I love Portland, I've
been living here for almost nine years. Initially I came for
graduate school but I stayed for the people. It is refreshing to
live in a community where you can be as odd as you like and people
don't just tolerate you they embrace your quirks.
One of the best things is that I work a traditionally conservative
job and never have to dress for my clients. They don't care if I
wear shorts and a t-shirt as long as I do a good job (and I do)!
Judging anyone in Portland without getting to know them is fraught
INTJ if that helps you relate at all.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working for fun and it is paying my way though life and
allowing to me to do the things that are important to me like
spending time with friends, volunteering, frolicking with puppies,
sport leprechaun hunting (catch and release only), plotting against
evil (sometimes with it depending on my mood).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Dressing up like a clown and peering into the windows of my friends
and family, you know, for fun...

I'm not very good with references to contemporary American
television. Comedy is dying in this country, everyone walks on
eggshells trying not to offend anyone and failing to entertain
everyone in the process. Anything with real potential is killed off
like Arrested Development. For my part I like me some British
television, both new and old. Right now Miranda is at the top of my
list but I like Black Books, The IT Crowd, Father Ted, My Hero,
Benidorm, Doctor Who, Little Britain, Sherlock, Downton Abbey,
Spooks, The Catherine Tate Show, Top Gear, Yes Minister to name a
I read quite a bit. Sometimes it is months between books and other
times I stay up until the wee hours of the morning forgoing quality
sleep for just one more chapter and then one more chapter and just
one last chapter. Right now it's Steven Erikson but before that it
was Alexander McCall Smith. I like pretty much everything but I'm
back in a fantasy phase right now.
I'm musically retarded. It's true, I really don't notice it is
everyday life. NPR is always on in my car instead.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Oh, and alliterative devices...
On a typical Friday night I am

Aghast thinking that people are getting ready to go out when I'm
just about ready to go to bed.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
