My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Outgoing, quirky, love trying new things and meeting new people. As Galileo said, "I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn't learn something from him." Very playful but always ready for deep discussion. I love Jesus, cookies, and puppies. I have a passion for language and culture and have enjoyed my time in other countries. I need a guy who is confident but doesn't take himself too seriously.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
In a master's program for International Community Development, working at a thrift store part time, and interning at an international NGO.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Connecting with people from different backgrounds, laughing at stupid jokes, learning languages, adapting to new situations, making cookies, eating cookies, giving massages, flaring my nostrils, idk stuff like that. I can walk on my hands like that chick from Aeon Flux. Also stilts. And my dog thinks I'm really good at belly rubs. Because I am.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm white? Um, yeah, never really thought about it. They probably notice I'm friendly, and my eyes squint a lot when I laugh, and I will talk with pretty much anyone. I'm sarcastic but encouraging. A realistic idealist.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I like them. Currently reading The Tyranny of Experts by William Easterly and The Middle of Everywhere by Mary Pipher.
Movies: A little of everything. Comedies like 21 Jump Street, The Big Lebowski, and Blade (hahaha when they blow up at the end) are good.
Shows: Yep. Funny ones like Parks and Rec, New Girl; and Sci-Fi like Face-Off and Fringe. Survivor is my guilty pleasure.
Music: all the time. Take me to a show.
Food: Cookies. I worked at a bakery for two years. Also Indian and Thai and Chinese and Arabic and pretty much everything. Sushi.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Jesus, family, friends, music, nature time, books. Also I really like comfy blankies.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What if situations. Like, what if each of our fingers had a tiny hand growing on the end of it? Or what if dogs had hair growth patterns like ours? Also I think about why things happen and how to change them, like ways to empower women in third world countries and how to make people eat their vegetables.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
hanging out with friends, making friends, eating fried rice.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a collection of tiny stubs of pencils I have used up over the years. Over a hundred. Any ideas for art projects using said pencils are welcome. Representing a requiem for my childhood.

you want to get to know me better. I'm always up for meeting new people!

P.S. Don't just say, "hey;" I won't respond to that. Show me you're actually interested and that you might interest me as well. Ask me original questions like how I like to eat my eggs. (Don't ask me how I like to eat my eggs; it's not original now that I've said it.)

P.P.S. I don't have a favorite kind of cookie.

Also, I hate selfies in bathrooms.
