My self-summary
Scrapped it. A good friend, a decent musician. Pretty well balanced, but always working to improve. I can be very silly. You've been warned.
What I’m doing with my life
Started a new job co-leading an after school program at a middle school. Quit my band of 4.5 years, getting back into barbershop; in two choruses and forming a quartet. Aspire to be as amazing as the bass of this group.

Update: now drumming in my roommates folk project woo!
I’m really good at
Rolling with the punches. Going out. I can work a lot of scenes. I can also cook! And I've got a good pair of strong biking legs (definitely not running legs though, hah)

Clicking the hide button as soon as I see a picture of you at burning man :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
A random sampling.....

Jonathan Lethem, Kazuo Ishiguro, Aldous Huxley, Charles Bukowski (for nostalgia's sake), Jonathan Safran Foer. Recently discovered Tim Wise, learning a lot. Currently enjoying Parable of the Sower.

Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Freaks and Geeks, My So-Called Life, Dexter (meh, getting bored of this one, but you know, pretty much all the required white people shit)

Random sampling: Drive, Minority Report, Ratatouille, LOTR, Wayne's World, Let the right one in, Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I've seen way, way too many movies. Why aren't there any good horror movies anymore? (The Conjuring was a recent, rare exception)

No Use For A Name (RIP), New Order, Depeche Mode, The Weeknd, Toms Waits, mxpx, Ataris, (old) Green Day, Lagwagon, David Bazan/Pedro, The Gamits (I'm so random with music... one day it'll be Bryan Adams, then Deftones, Grimes, maybe Built to Spill, 90's top 40, Sam Cooke, Elvis....). I like singles/deep cuts. Not necessarily a snob for albums at the moment.

falafel, Indian, Mexican, vegetables, healthy, fried, simple, complex, whatever I feel like how about that
The six things I could never do without
nickelback, parking tickets, creed, meth, lower back pain, fracking
