Books: I tend to gravitate more towards non-fiction. I have a really tough time choosing favorites but some that have stuck with me over the years are Brave New World, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Outsiders, Plain Speaking: An Oral Biography of Harry S. Truman

Movies: Dead Poets Society, Empire Records, Grosse Pointe Blank, Moulin Rouge, Princess Bride, Rent, Rocky Horror, Scent of a Woman, Serenity, That Thing You Do, The Godfather 1 & 2, Trainspotting, West Side Story, and everything Kevin Smith has ever done.

Music: The Airborne Toxic Event, Angie Aparo, The Beatles, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Butch Walker, Damien Rice, dog's eye view, Glen Hansard, Josiah Leming, Matt Nathanson, The National, Nicholas Megalis, Nirvana, rosavelt...just to name a few

TV: Let's just start by saying Joss is god so obviously BtVS and Firefly top the list. Some other favorites include Doctor Who, Parks and Rec, The Walking Dead, Louie, New Girl, Homeland

Food: seafood, chinese, italian, mexican...i'm really not all that picky. my heritage is irish, german, and slovak so I very much enjoy those foods as well.
