Lawyer guy by day, writer by night. Mostly short stories, but for a while, I was banging out a stupid novel now for National Write a Novel Month. Other times, I have been known to bang on the guitar. I just bought a used Stratocaster and a mini-amp! Some days I feel like a rock star. I actually used to be a rock 'n' roll reporter like that little punk in Almost Famous. I love words, music, movies and figuring out how to create a synthesis between my passions, my skills and my lifestyle. Not quite there yet, but I have hope, faith and drive to carry me through...

I've been running a lot lately - at the gym; to Downtown and back; at the beach, etc.

As for what I'm looking for, I read somewhere recently that it is better to imagine the type of relationship you want rather the person herself. Though I agree with this, I'll break the rule and say that, obviously, I want to meet a woman of beauty, charm, intelligence and wisdom. It'd be nice too of course if she knew a little about music, movies and books and had a bit of a rebellious streak.

Also, it'd be very nice if she wasn't the jealous type. I'm an honest dude and I don't feel that I should have to work around someone else's insecurities.

I will now follow the rule by saying that I would like the following things in a relationship:
1. Creativity
2. Communication
3. Passion
4. Evolution
5. A little independence
6. Mutual support
7. Trust
8. Some overlapping interests
9. Some different interests (for mutual edification)

Working, writing, reading, learning, loving, running...
