Self summaries can be so seductive. Instead of presenting yourself the temptation is to reinvent yourself. These should probably be done by your ex, or require a second opinion.
Really, I would rather meet you in person and find out for myself through conversation than to make a judgement call on the way you answered a few questions. That's not to say there are not questions on here that are immediate deal breakers--the pickle one for example.
A note on these questions. While it is nice to think the world is black and white it mostly is not. So, while the question asking whether you smoke or not is pretty straight forward, most of the others really are conditional. I have a hard time answering questions that really need more information attached to them. Will I be troubled if my partner wants to spend time with her ex? Depends. Do I think affection should be given through touch, words, etc? Yes, more than one answer to that one and many others on here. I wonder how many connections are not made because someone answered a question one way instead of the other.
We're too rigid as a society now. We expect perfection and we expect it immediately. We have no tolerance. We are impatient. We are too electronic. We don't talk to each other, we talk at each other. Hey, when did this become polemic? I'm not these things, nor do I aspire to them. If you are, we are probably not going to get along. Or, you will get along and I will be fine. On the other hand, none of us are going to get out alive.
