My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I really don't like "about me" sections. I don't really like to put myself into any kind of box, I spent enough time growing up trying to be what everyone else wanted me to be, so now I'm just who I am.
I'm open, fun, and can get a little crazy sometimes. I will try anything once, and am pretty open-minded.

The best way to get to know me is to talk to me, so don't be shy! :-)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I just moved to Foley in March to raise my son, be closer to my family and go to nursing school. Just looking to make some new friends and see where things go.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
* listening
* problem solving
* procrastinating (only about some things)
* I'm a decent cook, there are a few things that I make really well though :)
* getting lost in strange cities
* being spontaneous
The first things people usually notice about me

I would say either my eyes, which vary from bright green to a dark hazel or the ridiculous amount of freckles I have. Most girls try to hide their freckles, but I happen to love mine. I grew up self-conscious about them, but now I think they set me apart.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love to read and will give anything a shot... usually I read a lot of historical fiction, Jodi Picoult, Tracie Peterson, The Harry Potter series, and as much as I hate to admit it, the Twilight series. To Kill A Mockingbird is my favorite book of all time though.

I love to laugh, so I usually prefer comedies, but I also love romance, some action and sci-fi. "Dirty Dancing" is my all-time favorite movie, I think it's just because I'd love to be able to dance like that, but I'm too uncoordinated.

I was raised on country music and motown, but I'll listen to anything. If I had control of the radio, it would be country though.

There aren't many things that I won't eat and I'll try anything once. My favorite foods change often, though a good mac and cheese is always on the top of the list!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My son
Diet Coke
Lip Balm
A four-legged companion (dog or cat, doesn't matter to me)
My friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to achieve all of my goals. Where I want to be when I grow up (if I ever really grow up).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I don't have a 'typical' Friday night. It depends on what kind of mood I'm in and what's going on.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I read all 3 of the 50 Shades books in less than 2 days.

you want to get to know me better. I always love talking to new people, so please don't be shy. If there's anything you find interesting, just message me. Even if you don't find me physically attractive, it doesn't mean we can't be friends!
