i am pretty skeptical about this, yes, about most things, probably. but when the shit hits the fan - a bit of a optimist. i like laughing and having good times, playing games, getting out of the house. i am a good friend. i like making new friends, but sometimes get nervous around big groups of people, i am better one-on-one. i like to ask questions, and learn about peoples lives and things they know about. I like being on time. I hate answering true/false or multiple choice questions, i have a real hard time making decisions.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

i went to the aquarium the other day. i love the aquarium, i like watching the jellyfish a lot, the sea nettles especially. oh! and the tufted puffins, they were swimming and flapping around in the rain. it was rad.
i like to keep pretty busy when not at work (i work in a nice little office, 9-5 m-f), but i usually overdo it - finding festivals and events and music and hanging out with friends- get stressed and need, and enjoy a night in as well. i try to make the most of weekends. i like trying new things. i like playing super non-competitive games (if you know of a team i could join, dude, i am so in[but also you should know, i probably suck at whatever game it is]). and being outside when the weather's nice.
i would like to go back to school but, what to study? i don't really know what i enjoy and what i am good at. i'll figure it out and then you'll have one of them "career girls" on your hands.

i like a lot of music, went to mfnw. most pumped about built to spill, but seeing crooked fingers, john vanderslice and calvin johnson was also real exciting for me. i have recently been listening to classic rock/pop a lot. but i enjoy a lot of different kinds of music, for real. oh and i am not pretentious about music, because seriously, not a big fan of pretentious music people.
food, i love food, i like breakfast food, and well, i like it all really. i really like sweets.
movies: i'll be honest, i really like comedies. wet hot american summer, tommy boy is a bit of a guilty pleasure, will ferrell and adam sandler - i might have the sense of humor of a child. and wes anderson, pretty awesome. oh and tvdvd (i don't have a tv, so...) i love watching tv on dvd. arrested development, the office, 30 rock. i will watch anything except reality tv irritates me a bit.
books: favorite authors are jonathan safran foer, david foster wallace, dave eggers, john irving. i really enjoy a great book, but tend to read even the ones i don't like that much to the end - just being hopeful.

The six things I could never do without Propose an edit

1. food/snacks mostly in the survival sense, but seriously, i can't function as well when i am hungry
