My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
A Plus B Casually Wanted...

Women want A - Men want B. Political correctness, society, and relationship experts paint A as the only picture that speaks a 1000 words. Primitive brain stemmed men's desire of B is simply too shallow for words and pictured worse... Well, do you want A utopian profile? Or may there B in reality something more?

The casual factor. Well - not much time. Harder to be otherwise - economic landscape and reality follow up. Not typical here. Most have kids and family, and looking to include all of that. I don't have that, but do in flip side have less baggage to allow for better casual between us. I think the best shared time is a more concentrated A implies B blend - and to maximize the total fun of...

I do well a cultured, professional, friendly intellectual A, who enjoys conversation in the manner hopefully positively portrayed by this profile so far. Complimentary also an attractive, very fit, and imaginative B that also hopefully should be positively evident in the between the lines possibilities. This is merely a simple summary and there's far more rich, complex and rewarding to overlap in value add fashion with someone likewise...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
A simple routine type that is mostly about work, working out, guitar studies, and finally making the most of whatever tme is leftover. Prefer structure to maximize effeciency satisfaction, but embrace opportunistic change and chance - like making the most of it. That's a bonus and rewarding and this profile is about making that most of it deja vu ditto with an Adventuress...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Computer programming. Started in the early 70s on home built bare bone systems. Very good at embedded and low level programming. Assembler programming in particular. Specialist in writing RTOSes and bootstrapping new systems. What I do for a living. Course I know C/C++... Also Python programming. Neat, quick and dirty...

Chess. Actually well *trained*. Enjoyed the Houston Chess club long ago, and still play rapid games online. Speed chess is anything but a dull and slow game of chess!

Home grown pojects. I tend to get caught up with idea(s) - find a way the cover their bases - and start a project. Explains quite a bit of the guitar hobby and all it's *many* trimmings...

Spending time with guitar. I won't say I'm good, as that's so subjective, and there is such a range to the instrument. So much to learn. I'm a serious student of it. From music theory, to practicing a lot, to enjoying building/designing/engineering it as well. Certainly includes listening to it being played...

I work out and stay in *very* good shape. Usually just one day off a week, and quite well rounded gym rat. Believe in a cardio/strength/stretching blend. Really good at stretching - very good at yoga even though I'm not that into it...

Was raised by a dad who had a workshop garage. So quite good at applied DIY...

Pretty much an introvert. Like people - but I don't idle. Instead another aforementiond project occurs and suddenly no social time. Oh well...

Long distance relationships. Have been in one for awhile. Very much an acquired taste. You play up the anticipation and making the moment together. You are more your own individual and is very rewarding to have - and give, while making much of it together when you are. If you're of imagination, trust, and have an adventurous streak -- it can more than work...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Blondly boyish and casual looks and demeanor. My English side mop hair. I do get mentions of being a double from that 70's Show. Also that I'm much more lithe and fit than average...

Adore Café Express and eat there too much. Fairly healthy... Like music: Rock, pop, blues, jazz are all good. Classical too. Playing in an orchestra is an experience I'll always treasure...

Any movie with a happy or fulfilling ending - that you remember the next day. I've noticed the better the movie - the longer and more vividly you remember it. Clint Eastwood movies he directed seem to have the knack...

Dune is probably the best book I've read. Rarely read now. I adore doing the tag team combo of google/Wikipedia. News and info graze the internet. Like the New Scientist phone app...

The occasional concert - usually at the CWMP in the Woodlands...

Despite a Clark Kent everyday demeanor and look, I'll admit a liking of short and intense James Bond-ish secret and discreet adventure that no one else but the person sharing that fun knows about. A Mission Impossible that we make possible. More than making the best A starting out and finishing with the best B. The fun of also plotting, anticipating - then savoring secret concentrated A plus B blending. Benefits beyond the obvious - it's coloring and spicing up a bit of your day to day as well. So your chance for finishing our version of the Pina Colada song "Escape" beginning at a Starbuck's somewhere halfway between us starts with a message...
