For those of you taking the time to read my profile hello my name is Joe and thank you for stopping by and I hope you find what your looking for.

With that out of the way let's get down to about me. I am what I like to call an athletic geek. I enjoy playing sports and watching sports especially basketball and football. I played in a basketball league for over 5 years as a shoot guard/small forward. When it comes to watching sports I love watching the NBA and NFL and I'm a Celtics, Timberwolves, and Vikings fan. I still root for the Twins and Wild, but I don't watch much on TV as I feel those types of games are better seen live. As I said before I am also a geek and I have been tinkering with technology since I was 17. I have built several PC's over the years for myself and friends and I'm usually the one everyone comes to when they need something technical done. I am also a gamer at heart and I enjoy both console and PC games. I own a PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii along with having a Steam account. I also do drink the cool aid that is World of Warcraft, and it would be great if I met someone that also played. Of course its no deal breaker I promise :).

Overall I am a very caring, sweet, and understanding guy. I have no problem listening to my significant other vent or just even tell me about her day. I do feel for anyone who may have been hurt in the past in other relationships and strive to be better then them and show there are good guys in the world.

What I'm looking for in a woman is pretty standard I'd like to think. I would love to meet someone who can take me for me and not try to change me to be someone I'm not or be afraid to bring me around their friends and family and at the same time be able to bring them around my friends and family too. I would love to meet someone that is into sports either playing them, watching them, or both and that wouldn't mind going to the occasional sporting event and just having fun spending time together at the same time. If your a gamer you have gained major points in my book, but at the same time again if you aren't its not a deal breaker as long as you can accept that I enjoy them. A cat lover would be a nice too as I have two male cats that are probably the most mellow boys you've seen. I could go on, but I don't want to ramble.

Right now I work full time as an Electronics Team Member for Target and have been with the company for 5 years. I also do some occasional contract work for IBM through one of their contractors mainly in PC maintenance as well as some product installations.

I'm really good at dealing with anything technology as well as video games. I also like to think I am still good at playing basketball and love playing pick up games.

I usually get commented on my deep blue eyes or the fact that I still look around 18 or 19.

Movies: Ted, Dark Knight Series, Final Fantasy Advent Children, Nightmare Before Christmas, Iron Man 1 and 2, The Avengers, Watchmen, Inception, Star Trek. Lord of the Rings Series, The Hobbit, etc.

Food: Pizza, Cinabun, Red Velvet Cake, Bacon Cheese Burgers, Hamburger Soup, Chinese Food, etc.

Music: Mainly Rap, but I do enjoy some R & B, Rock, and a little Pop. I'm not a huge fan of country, but don't let that turn you away.

I spend a lot of time thinking of about what I can do to continually improve myself as well as when my time will come to meet my significant other.

I'm either at home just taking it easy after a long week of work or I'm just out on the town exploring places I may not have been to yet.

I currently don't own a car and use public transportation to get around to places I need to go. The sad reality of this is that many of you will probably stop considering me after this point. I hope that you will overlook this as this is not going to be permanent. It made money sense seeing as my job is only a mile away from me and with all the money saved from not having to pay off a car loan, gas, and insurance I can shift it to the debt I have from my college loans instead. At the same time the car I did own went to my parents to help replace one of their cars that had recently died, so if helping family out doesn't sound good to you we probably won't get along anyway.
