My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Going to be in Anaheim from 9/7 to 9/11 for a work conference and looking to make new friends! Looks like I'll be free in the evening from Sun to Wed after 7pm. I want to check out an indie dance club or a local show. It'd be cool to meet new people but recommendations are good too.

I'll be limited on transportation, possibly relying on cabs and public transit. Hoping it's easy to get around and find something near the area I'm in which is the Anaheim Convention Center. So yeah, let's talk!

Just a dude in West Palm Beach looking for good conversation about beer, music, cats, and life in general.

Books: Just finished reading 'On the Road' by Jack Kerouac. About to start 'Life of Pi' while traveling. Before that it was a bunch of Bret Easton Ellis and Chuck Palahniuk stuff.

Movies: I love Danny Boyle movies. 28 Days Later, Sunshine, Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire and such. He's directed a wide range of genres and I love that about his films. Also loved Superbad, Ghostbusters, and American Psycho.

Music: Grew up on the punk genre. So in chronological order from the age of 13: Nirvana, Green Day, Ramones, Blink 182, 88 Fingers Louie, Screeching Weasel, Operation Ivy, Minor Threat, Fugazi, Catch 22, Streetlight Manifesto, The Slackers, Rise Against, Leftover Crack, Citizen Fish, Against Me!, Lillingtons, The Riverdales, Hot Water Music, Methadones, Defiance Ohio, Bomb the Music Industry, The Menzingers, and now Gaslight Anthem.
Against Me!, Hot Water Music, and Screeching Weasel probably had the most impact. I also listen to other stuff. Explosions in the Sky, Sigur Ros, Avett Brothers, Steve Aoki, Chuck Ragan and etc.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hopefully at the due south brewery or at a local show
