I'm a Midwest native, born in a suburb of Chicago, who moved out to Cali a few years back to finish college. I graduated from Humboldt State University in 2004 with a degree in Natural Resources Planning and Interpretation (I know, your probably thinking "what in the world does that mean?") Well, it means I wanted to work outdoors, however, that's not what ended up happening. I started volunteering for a local city planning department and moved to southern California to take a paying job with the City of Oxnard. As you may know, working for the government has a lot of perks and benefits, but it does not allow for much creativity. So I started my own business helping people with their permits, and now have a something successful that I can be proud I created. While I feel very fortunate in my professional life, I still am missing that special someone to share life's adventures with.
So lets try that new restaurant down the street, lets visit our friends and family, lets make new ones ;), lets discover that new hangout, lets go see a play, lets learn to say hello in a new language, lets blindfold each other and try a new food, lets build a sand castle at low tide, lets carve our names in a tree, lets send a message in a bottle, lets volunteer at a local shelter during Thanksgiving, lets have a pie eating contest without using our hands, lets see a movie, lets watch the sunrise, lets go camping, lets reminisce, lets go on a road trip, lets go!
